Haxby Memorial Hall is a superb North Yorkshire community facility and is an ideal venue for wedding receptions, parties, meetings or sports clubs. Children's Parties for 1 to 14 years - 3 hour booking - Additional hours can be added at £14.00 per hour

A condition deposit of £200.00 is always required for these events


Weddings

A condition deposit of £200.00 is always required for these events

When hiring the main hall, use of the kitchen is included if you require it

The meeting room has a small kitchenette with in the room


PLEASE NOTE :

When hiring the main hall or the whole site, use of the kitchen is included if you require it.

If you are not hiring the whole site, there may be other hirers using the premises.

Use only the hooks provided to hang decorations etc. inside the hall

LICENSING NOTES :

Haxby Memorial Hall has a Premises License authorizing regulated entertainment and licensable activities between the hours of 9.00am and midnight each day.


If you wish to sell alcohol at your function you will need to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from The City Of York Council Licensing Department.

All of our facilities are available to hire for one-off events or regular activities.
